Alessandro Viola represents the essence of Sicilian winemaking in the serene landscapes of Alcamo, situated between Trapani and Palermo. Embracing organic viticulture, Viola meticulously tends to his 5-hectare vineyard on Mount Bonifato, deeply rooted in limestone and sandy soils.
