WINEMAKER'S NOTES
The grapes for Note di Bianco 2023 come from Santa Ninfa and Pietrarenosa, located down the valley at an elevation of 250 meters on clayey soils. The Grillo variety, known for its resilience and adaptability to drought, is used for this wine. The vines are 15 years old. The grapes were directly pressed, then fermented and aged in stainless steel. This meticulous winemaking process highlights the vineyard's quality and the winemaker's skill.
