STORY

Berêche et Fils, a revered Champagne house established in 1847, is renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship under the guidance of Vincent and Raphaël Bérêche. With vineyards spanning Ludes 1er Cru, Montagne de Reims, and Vallée de la Marne, they are committed to nature-friendly viticulture, eschewing herbicides and minimizing pesticide use. Their unique 'tirer à liege' method, where the second fermentation happens under cork, imparts their Champagnes with fine bubbles and a seamless texture. The brothers' meticulous approach, from low yield cultivation to detailed work in the cellar, results in champagnes of unparalleled finesse and complexity, showcasing the true essence of their terroirs.
