WINEMAKER'S NOTES

Crafted from a harmonious blend, this wine demonstrates skilled winemaking, using indigenous yeasts and maturation in large foudres (massive oak casks traditionally used in Alsace) for a soft, structured character. Bottled in June 2023, this wine is ready for immediate enjoyment yet has the potential to age gracefully for a couple more years, reflecting a dedication to distinguished English winemaking.
