WINEMAKER'S NOTES
Haru Rouge, inspired by the Japanese spring, blends Grenache Noir, Carignan, and Mourvedre from clay-limestone terroir. This organic, carbonically macerated cuvée is naturally vinified in concrete tanks, presenting a lively, structured palate with minimal sulphites. Unfined and unfiltered, it's a light, expressive wine perfect for slight chilling, embodying a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, marked by freshness and vibrant red fruit flavors.

Domaine Milan, established in 1956 in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, stands as a testament to Henri Milan's visionary shift towards organic and biodynamic viticulture since taking the helm in 1986.
