WINEMAKER'S NOTES

Lagrein undergoes a meticulous 12-day fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in large oak barrels, reflecting a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity. Sourced from vines aged between 15 to 30 years and cultivated on loamy gravel soils through both cordon and pergola training systems, this wine exemplifies the distinctive terroir of Alto Adige. It stands as a testament to the winery's dedication to producing elegant red wines with a unique identity, deeply rooted in the region's wine-growing tradition.

STORY

This family-run estate, with a commitment to respecting nature and utilizing advanced viticultural techniques, offers a unique insight into the meticulous process of crafting wines that are celebrated globally for their distinct character and quality.
